    I have a varied background including customer service, retail management, marketing, account management, and adult training, resulting in a “non-technical jargon” approach to working with my customers.

    I am a qualified Adult Trainer (City & Guilds, Ptlls to Level 4) so have experience is teaching different software packages. I offer this service to customers who would like to maintain and manage their own site e.g. E-Commerce shop and also to Small Business Owners who would like to gain the best from their computer system through the use of Social Media to Email Marketing.     I use Dreamweaver CS4 for my Web creations, creating you a unique site that is not made from a regurgitated template. I will hold you hand every step of the way.

    I will not aim to confuse you by speaking in technical jargon (probably as I don't use those terms myself!) speaking of which I am trained in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop & Flash. Also SQL & ITIL.
