An Exclusive Offer from LATIN FIT
Get FIT in 4 MONTHS
Hi, my name is Kathy Hector & Im the creator of LATIN FIT.
Im looking for 13 women in the Leicester area who really want to get fit. Im offering you a one time only offer.
Im giving 13 lucky women the opportunity to get FIT in 4 MONTHS, at a ridiculously low cost. Way lower than any exercise class youll ever go to & so low that itll blow those expensive gym memberships out of the water.
LATIN FIT is dance style fitness for women that REALLY WORKS!
The moves are funky, feminine & make you feel FANTASTIC!!
There are 3 classes to choose from a week, so thats 17 weeks & 51 classes in total in 4 months. So you can come & workout as often as you want in any or all of the classes.
The classes are in Blaby & the West End areas of Leicester with a new one starting in Narborough in the next few weeks.
However, as networking women we know that all good business must be a WIN WIN situation, right.
So, the criteria is that you MUST attempt to bring or send 1 new person a week (not per class, just per week), to a LATIN FIT class. Now I realize that not everyone you tell about a great class will actually take you up on it or actually turn up. Thats fine. As long as you tell people how great the class is & you ATTEMPT to send or bring them.
Initially youll probably be talking to people about how you enjoyed the class. After a couple of sessions, people will be asking YOU, because they will see the changes in you. If you are overweight now, youll look SLIMMER. If you are tired & sluggish all the time, youll be bounding with ENERGY If your sex life has been a bit drooping lately, your man will DEFINITELY notice a difference. If you have parts of you that wobble and you wish they didnt, then people will see how much FIRMER you are...especially with the summer clothes youll be wearing.
This offer is only available to women that are SERIOUS about getting fit, & who love to help other people.
Are you really SERIOUS about getting fit yourself?
Do you love to talk about things you enjoy?
Do you want to feel more confident & vibrant this summer?
Do you want to be one of Leicesters FIT WOMEN?
If you answered an honest YES to 2 or more of the above then
CALL NOW on Tel:07739 38 49 17 or
email me on kooldudette@hotmail.co.uk
The cost of each class is 4 to everyone on pay as you go at the moment. So if you were to come to 3 classes a week for 17 weeks (4mths) it would cost you (as it does everyone else) 204. Even if you were to only come to 1 class a week for 17 weeks (4mths), then it would cost you 68.
You are getting all this, including access to the LATIN FIT blog http://www.latinfit.net which has on tips and techniques for spot toning exercises, healthy recipes, motivational info & testimonials from current class members to help you along your way. You are getting all this for the grand investment of ...wait for it.37.

Hi Heena, I would be interested in attending some cookery classes - I did a similar thing last year at Leicester College, and it was great - We even got to eat what we had made! Yum! My favourite is Italian, closely followed by Mexican - But I will try any type of cookery! Thanks Rebecca.

Hi
As long as I get a group of at least 5 women we can get this started... Is anyone else up for it?

What's the one degree?
Did you know that the difference between water and ice is just ONE DEGREE. Imagine if one degree makes such a large difference, what can that one degree extra do for you? Your business may get that extra client that it needs, you maybe able to move yourself forward with one extra degree of confidence or even just move outside of your comfort zone one degree. Over time, this adds up and you will look back realizing that your ONE DEGREE has made such a huge impact upon your life!
Successful women entrepreneurs know that this is the difference that transforms them from business women to successful business women. Read on for the stories of three successful women entrepreneurs and find out what their one degree was…
1.Consider a business venture that you are passionate about, and know something about. Your enthusiasm to this business idea will be the driving factor towards your success, your commitment to the project will keep you going through adversity and people will love hearing about your business as you will have in depth knowledge and be passionate about what you do. The one degree here is the extra effort you will put in as you will enjoy what you do!
2.Research the market – this is researching the product, your competitors, and finding out who your “real” target market is. Remember the more specific you are here, the better equipped you will be once you fully set up in business. The one degree here would be to get inside the minds of your target market and finding out exactly what issues they have and finding a solution to this through your product or service. This may seem like a long haul but it will be the difference between a good business idea and a great business concept and you will find it well worth it in the long run.
3.Once you’ve identified your market, ensure that you gear your marketing to those clients / consumers. Remember to be innovative in your marketing and marketing techniques. A good concept is to “think outside the box.” An example of this would be to find out who your competitors are, such for Harley Davidson suppliers, whose competition are conservatory manufacturers. The reason being that generally those wanting a Harley would need to decide between a Harley and the conservatory which their partner may want. Plan in some time each week to do some marketing, this could be just one hour a week to make some phone calls, send email updates or look at your marketing plan, this will ensure that you get into the habit of marketing on a continuous basis until it becomes a habit. The one degree here is thinking outside the box to reach your market in an innovative way.
4.Write a business plan. This is not a document that is set in stone, this is an ever changing plan, it can change due to circumstances or new products or services that you would like to add to your existing range. The business plan will remind you of your hopes and dreams and will help you focus on your key goals. The one degree that makes a difference here is to re visit your plan to either make sure you are on track or see if you should progress in a different direction.
5.Network and listen. Networking is the process of establishing mutually beneficial relationships with other business people and potential customers. Network at every opportunity, and remember that this is not always about talking about yourself or your business. Just listening to others may give you the link in that you need to show how your product or service is a solution. If you have business cards, always carry these around with you as you never know who you may meet or where. Networking is also about passing referrals on as well as receiving them. The one degree here is keeping your network of contacts updated with what your doing, new items or promotional items. And don’t forget to be patient!
6.Keep positive at all times! Remember, your road to success may not be smooth, but with perseverance you will get there! Positivity is important when setting up in business, so ensure that you surround yourself with positive people who bring out the best in you. That is not to say that you disown all your friends and family who are not so positive. The one degree here is to discipline yourself to make time for positive people.
7.Buy a diary and keep this with you at all times. Technology can break down from time to time – so go back to the basics and write things down, whether they are appointments, a to do list or people to call. You will be able to see where you are at a glance. Your diary will help you become organized and you will also be able to plan yourself better. The one degree here is to make sure that you only use this diary for your business and not write everything in there. If you are also employed, keep a separate diary for your work and do not mix the two.
8.Take advantage of any training opportunities that you can! In life, you are always learning and developing. By taking advantage of any opportunities that are available to you, you will develop yourself for the better. Leicester Business Women deliver a range of short workshops designed to help develop your self confidence and business skills, to check your eligibility, please contact Nicole on 0116 2518 730. The one degree here is pushing your boundaries, whether this be in meeting new people and networking, learning something new or asking a question – these will all help in the long term.
9.Check your finances. Ensure that you are on top on your finances, this is about completing your own accounts. It is easy once you know how and in the initial stages of setting up in business, it may not be viable for you to hire an accountant so learn how to do it yourself. The HMRC have many free workshops on tax and completing your self assessment form so take advantage of these. At the same time it is an opportunity to network with others in the same situation. Leicester Business Women also offer a finance planning workshop so book onto this and find out how easy doing your own accounts can be. Remember, successful business women know exactly what is coming in and going out, and this is how they make their decisions. The one degree here is setting aside some time to get on top of your paperwork and ensuring that you stick to it. Remember that working for yourself is enjoyable and challenging, however there are some times when you just have to do the paperwork and this is part of being self employed.
10.Go and listen to some inspirational people now and then. Every now and then even you need a break! As much as you would like to be superwoman – you are not! However you can go and get some inspiration every now and then, you will be able to relax, have fun and learn something new. The one degree here is to ensure that you take some time out as it will help you succeed.
